Awesome experience! The food was delicious, and the staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free food and cross-contamination concerns. We were told that omelettes and pancakes are the safest as they can be prepared on a separate surface or pan. We were told that the fryer and waffle iron would have cross-contamination issues. We were also told that sandwiches and burgers can be served on a bed of greens. They do not carry gf bread due to lack of space. We will be back!
