They only do gf on Tuesday. The chicken was sooooo dry, one breast was completely inedible because it was so dry. They forgot part of the order, as well. I wouldn't waste your money.

Chicken was fresh and cooked well, but nothing very special, we were underwhelmed. And my celiac child really wished she could have fries. She loved the beans. No symptoms next day, glad it was a safe choice. Loved the banana pudding.

I have celiac and have had it for about four years, I’m extremely sensitive so I’m careful about where i eat. I have had their gf chicken on Tuesday’s multiple times and have never had a bad reaction at all. Most of the time i have absolutely no problems. The chicken is also some of the best gf fried chicken around

I commend them for trying, but I, as a celiac, would not recommend. The chicken was very good, but I ate at the Easton location and got sick. I received this information by calling and speaking to a manager and looking at their gluten free statement online. They use the same “separate gluten free fryer” all week (except on Tuesday) to cook gluten fried chicken. They do use fresh oil, on gf days however it isn’t truly a dedicated gluten free fryer. The gluten free baked beans and slaw are prepared on a shared prep table.

Tuesday’s are THE day that they provide gf chicken breast tender with bread at your chosen heat level. Manager very knowledgeable and even went to inform staff of impending order!! Daughter absolutely loved this product and is excited to go back for more. It is not done every day as it is a complete changeout per the manager in one area of their kitchen. Very pleased and will definitely be back.
