I commend them for trying, but I, as a celiac, would not recommend. The chicken was very good, but I ate at the Easton location and got sick.
I received this information by calling and speaking to a manager and looking at their gluten free statement online.
They use the same “separate
gluten free fryer” all week (except on Tuesday) to cook gluten fried chicken. They do use fresh oil, on gf days however it isn’t truly a dedicated gluten free fryer.
The gluten free baked beans and slaw are prepared on a shared prep table.
Please read their statement and make your own informed decision.
