The "gluten free" menu appears to be more of a suggestion. I ate here two mornings in a row, once getting an omelet from the regular menu and I didn't get sick. The gluten free pancakes are very good. It's true that they only have the one griddle, but our waitress assured me that they clean it very well before they make a gluten free pancake. On the second morning, the waitress explained to me how all the different breakfast meats are cooked and we decided the bacon was the safest option (in it's own oven).

FYI for those with celiac- the GF French toast is dipped in the same mixture as the regular bread. Also, the GF pancakes aren’t cooked in a separate area. I did not order either of those for those reasons. Bummed after reading other reviews. They do have Udi’s blueberry muffins.

Simply delicious! I did have to ask for the gluten free menu, their normal menu dosen't have gluten free listed on it. The young man quickly brought me the gluten free menu. I had the gluten free French toast & bacon. It was wonderful! I had no reactions at all. I do have celiac disease. Our waitresses was so helpful and they made sure I received gluten-free food. Wonderful service all around!! Will definitely be going back when we are back in town.

BEWARE, we came to Hotstacks because of all of the reviews but after speaking with the manager after ordering Nd recieving our food that all of the gluten free food is cooked on the same grills as every meal. He staed they wipe the grill off before preparing the food but he offers no guarantee that cross cantamination is possoble.

They have GF options for all pancakes , GF French toast and gf blueberry muffins. The Belgian waffles should be avoided due to possible cross contamination. Waitstaff was super accommodating and this ended up being our go to bfast place every morning since we trusted their GF awareness. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome experience here! So far, no issues. My son had the gluten free French toast and sausage patty. He loved it! The service was phenomenal too. We are definitely adding this to our list!

I had the gluten free pancakes and bacon. They were delicious! I had to check with the waitress to make sure it was gluten free. I asked the waitress the pancakes and French toast are cooked separately. The GF waffles are cooked in a waffle iron with regular waffles.

Have to say this is one of the best places in Myrtle beach to get gluten free pancakes and french toast. Had to come here again because of how good it was. They are very mindful of your allergies. I brought my family here and they loved it.

Great staff, great breakfast spot, and have a gluten free menu BUT in 15 years of eating out I’ve never gotten that violently sick. If you are celiac, DON’T. I honestly think the staff is just stretched too thin for how busy they are.

The food was very good. I ordered the French toast and it was delicious. The waitress said there might be cross contamination with the cinnamon and powdered sugar but they opened a new bag for me.

I got the pancakes and two scrambled eggs. Both were amazing, and I did not get sick!

My son had such an amazing experience here! He had GF French toast, sausage, and avocado. He ate every bite which is odd for him! No issues. We will be back next time!

They have there own menu French toast was yummy with cinnamon and powder sugar on top of you ask. Also got sausage patties and scrambled eggs on the side for $6.50 can’t beat that.

The place was not what I had imagined but ended up greatly exceeding my expectations! The staff were actually happy to be there and you could tell they enjoyed their job. And these were the BEST pancakes I have ever had!!! You would never know they were gluten free. My husband surprised me when I saw he came out with a to-go bag. Turns out, they sell the mix as well so you can make them at home yourself. Wahoo!!!

Found a different location in this app, Googled it and found this location. Just as good as the others. Food was quick, affordable, and good! We had the French toast, pancakes, and a breakfast sandwich. The pancakes were so good my girlfriend wasn't sure they were gluten free and safe for me - we had to double check with our server!
