While they were very careful to keep my meal gluten free, it's kind of a let down of an experience. You can't have the salad dressing, jus, or gravy for the mashed potatoes. They gave olive oil and vinegar for the salad, a baked potato instead of mashed, and corn instead of the spinach. The food was good but ultimately I'm feeling a bit let down because one of the main features of a dish is the sauce, so GF was a bit incomplete.
They did have a couple GF dessert options though, and the flourless chocolate cake was good.
