I have Celiac and have never been glutened the dozen times I’ve gone. The bartender is knowledgeable and transparent. The service is always great! The kitchen is one combined kitchen and this possible cross contamination, so severe Celiacs might have a reaction.
I have ordered:
- brisket omelet (no crispy onions)
- bowl of grits
- huevos rancheros
- any scramble
