The food was delicious and the workers were knowledgeable of what’s gluten free and what’s not. The only downside is they don’t have them labeled as gluten free or not.

This is a Mediterranean Grill that has rice bowls with GF chicken and several toppings that are also GF. If you inform the server that you have Celiac (or a gluten allergy) they will change gloves, pull all fresh toppings for your order and use clean serving utensils. Just inform them or request for them to do so.
