Had sushi, talked with waitress who talked to the sushi chef to let me know what sushi could be made safe. Just inform them you have a gluten allergy, they can work with that. Also had some of the "wasabi" and ginger that came with the sushi, no problem, and they had gluten free soy sauce.

The staff were so knowledgeable and patient. They make gluten free fried rice and use a separate grill in the back to make hibachi. The wait staff knew exactly what sushi, sauces, and desserts I could have. Definitely recommend!
