No, just don’t do it! This is a cross contamination nightmare!! Sure, they make the rice and veg 1st with gf soy sauce. After that, Everything touches, regular soy sauce, shellfish & meats. They use the same spot on the grill and same spatula for EVERYTHING!

We found this place on the app and decided to try it since my celiac son has not had hibachi in a while. The chef cooked our food first separately before the other party at our table and used gf soy sauce. Everything tasted great and my son was super happy!
