The Manager personally went to the kitchen to make sure that they changed their gloves & made them aware that my order was for a Celiac. I have been there 3 times & haven’t been sick once. HIGHLY recommend.

I was really excited after all these reviews but when I arrived they told me I could not have the chips as the fryer is cross contaminated. The only menu items I was told I could have was the red rice and fajitas with either shrimp or steak.
We ended up leaving. Really disappointed.

We enjoyed our visit here, there was quite a few options to eat. Although they don’t have a specific GF menu, they have a menu that lists everything (sauces, meats, etc) that is and isn’t GF.
Amazing to at they have a GF dedicated chip fryer! Love this!
But unfortunately, ALL of their cheese had gluten in it, which is our next fav after chip. So many Mex places have GF cheese - please consider doing this!
But otherwise, major props for safety!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! When I mentioned I was GF for Celiac, my waitress brought out the manager who took the time to go through the entire menu with me to say what was safe and what he would recommend (she said that’s their protocol!). He came to check on me during the meal as well. I felt very respected and cared for. They have a dedicated fryer for chips and I had the Verde Enchiladas which were delicious. The food was good but honestly I would go back to this place just for the incredible service and attention to GF! What a breath of fresh air!

We had a great experience here the other evening. It was our first visit, for our son’s 18th Birthday! We love Mexican, but with my Celiac, it is always difficult to find restaurants that offer a wide variety of GF options, especially GF CHIPS! They were soooo good! Completely dedicated fryer. I experience no reactions. I had the chips and salsa (Queso is NOT GF.) and I had shredded chicken tamales.

Great food! Manager came out to make sure I had the GF menu and to see if I had questions. Had the grilled fish tacos with black beans and Mexican rice-good and fresh tasting. Had a house margarita too. Chips are in a separate fryer as others have mentioned so they were safe. All around good food and good service!

Another excellent Find Me Gluten Free eatery. Iguana Mia stands above all other local Mexican choices. Serving tortilla chips cooked in a dedicated fryer. Choice of four dips and six sauces at the table. Look forward to returning to try more GF options.

Manager came out and immediately started answering questions I was prepared to ask. Right away told me fries were corn chips fried in a fryer all by themselves and were safe. He then took me through the menu and told me what to avoid and what is popular for gf customers. I was told queso was not gf. He told me waitress would give him my order and he would oversee prep and that meal would come out by itself. He hand delivered meal and reiterated safety precautions. I cannot express enough how great this service was! No gf menu but explanation of menu was thorough enough to not need one and still have a great experience.

I ate here for my husbands birthday. I am sensitive to Gluten & Dairy. I get a terrible rash that takes forever to heal. My son has a peanut allergy. The manager made it a point to go over the menu with each of us to select a safe entree. They soak the chicken in a beer marinate so it is not safe. I ordered the salmon, rice, and zucchini dish. It was delicious. Their corn tortilla chips have a dedicated fryer. I was fine with my dish and felt like they were extra diligent in the handling of my food since the manager was supervising. I would def. Recommend to anyone with a food allergy.

My husband and I go every week and the entire staff goes above and beyond for myself, which is very allergic to gluten and pineapples. Not only can I have chips and salsa, I get fresh guacamole, the manager makes my fajitas special and serves with corn tortillas! To top it off I can have margaritas too!! Must try!

Nice atmosphere and good food. Their chips are made in a dedicated fryer. Their GF menu is actually a list of which of their ingredients are GF, but it was easy to see what I could have. I enjoyed it and would go back.

They had multiple fajita options with corn tortillas. And when I expressed a dietary restriction they were super accommodating.

I went here for my husbands co-workers retirement party and was worried based on the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. They have a gluten free menu (lists what protein, sauces, etc you can have and what does have gluten and then you have to cross reference to the menu). The chips are safe and good, made fresh in a dedicated fryer. No queso but salsas are ok. The server was knowledgeable and told me the steak for fajitas was marinated in soy (even though steak was listed on the gluten free list) and I couldn’t do grilled chicken so she suggested shredded chicken and shrimp. So I had that with corn tortillas. Didn’t get sick!
Hostess station had one list of gluten free options, wait staff insisted that list was not valid. Very limited GF options, with no confidence that anything was really GF.
Had a list of gluten free ingredients. Food wasn't that good. Service is awful.
Not much to offer for gluten free
