I’ve eaten here/gotten food to go a few times and they have a ton of great options! A great dedicates GF restaurant!

Small little place with healthy Gf options. When I went there was only 1 other customer. The guy working was super nice. It’s clean and cute. Great neighborhood. The food was ok. They seemed to be out of a lot of stuff like mozzarella cheese for example (tomato, shrimp) I still ordered a pizza and it was good. My husband ordered the pink pasta and that was good as well. Nothing tasted great or over the top. I would eat here again if I needed to but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back.

In the two nights I ate here I had the Margarita Pizza, Impossible Bolognese, Romesco and Garlic bread. All were delicious! However the Romesco is a winner! All dishes are 100% safe for people with celiac but more importantly the food will keep all members in your group happy. Can’t miss if you are in the area.

Perfect place for my son and I to visit in LA. My son, less than a year in with celiac disease, is a very picky eater, and he loved their pizza! As a type 1 diabetic and celiac, I enjoyed their zucchini noodles with pesto and grilled chicken. It's the perfect eatery for those of you in the same situation, or just someone looking for a tasty, healthy meal!

This was the perfect restaurant for my family as it was dedicated gluten free for my celiac daughter, low carb for my husband and low cal for me! Most of the food we had was delicious too! We went there 2 different times while in CA. My favorite was the Romesco (hearts of palm with a red pepper sauce) that the owner suggested. I added ricotta cheese on the side and that really made it! This dish was creamy and a little spicy. My daughter’s favorite was the Pink Sauce which was spaghetti squash topped with vodka reduction, cream, and tomatoes. (Tasty and a little on the sweet side) My husband got the Impossible Bolognese (zucchini noodles, impossible meat, and red wine reduction). It was really good and the impossible meat looked and tasted just like ground beef! We got their garlic bread both times and it’s hard to believe it is gluten free. It is so good and flaky. The other day I got the Margherita pizza and my daughter got the Pesto (cauliflower gnocchi, toasted pine nuts) and they were both pretty good but just not our taste. Lots of good things to choose from. Excellent and friendly service. Really wish we had this restaurant back home!

Good not great on taste but a solid option. Kids liked it fine. Adults needed more substantial servings but it was a safe and fun option.

Sadly, the food was awful. Burned crispy zucchini straws, yucky pizza. Wish it had been better… even the Cobb salad was funky.

Arrived at Impasta after a long flight from Atlanta so hungry. After advice from who I believe is the owner, we ordered hearts of palm with red pepper sauce and ricotta and hearts of palm with browned butter. Delicious. So much better than I even expected! Whole restaurant is 100% gluten free. Extensive menu of fresh vegetable pastas, proteins to order, even gluten free desserts! Celiac paradise.

Absolutely delicious! My family isn’t gluten free (just me) and all enjoyed their meals. Staff was very friendly, explained the menu and answered any questions.

This is a small, individually run place with indoor and outdoor seating, entirely gluten free. Also vegan options so there are nuts on the menu. There was also mustard in weird things b/c with so many substitutions they get creative; my son couldn't have the cauliflower gnocchi due to this. He had the arugula and prosciutto pizza and a salad with a different mustard free dressing and it was good and safe. Small place, chef came out and talked us through everything with an allergy book. Gluten free beers to try too. It's a bit 'dead' at night, it's more of a work/lunch place I'm sure, or for takeout. Also low light conditions and a yellow menu in the evening so a little hard to read for us old parents. ;)

I generally avoid GF pasta since it's generally empty calories (corn or rice flour-based). But this "pasta" was not only delicious, but nutritious! The noodles are simply spiralized or shredded vegetables (no grains added), but they prepare them in a way that gives them texture of a grain pasta. And, the sauces are so flavorful that they seem decadent, but many are plant-based. I added salmon to my dish and it tasted fresh a flavorful.

Lots of options for vegetarians and vegans.

They also offer wine and beer.

And, the seating area is airy and well designed.

We loved our meal here. They have a wide variety of unique pastas that were delicious and healthy with the added bonus of being gluten free. We had butternut squash pasta with a mushroom truffle sauce, heart of palm pasta with romanes of sauce and kelp pasta with Pomodoro sauce. Each was flavorful and filling. The cashier was very helpful and friendly. We can’t wait for our meal here to try some of the other dishes.

Counter service fast-casual pasta & pizza restaurant. Everything is gluten free! Kitchen is gluten free! Space is pretty & bright. What a great discovery... Will be back.

The food was yummy. The cashier explained everything was gluten free and prepared in gluten free kitchen. Plenty of delicious options and combos you can make for “pasta” bowls. I’ll be going back for another visit.

Incredible spot for veg-forward take on Italian classics. The spaghetti squash pomodoro with grilled veggies is my absolute favorite. Great pasta portions. Don’t expect traditional pizza in size or flavor — think flatbread — but it was quite tasty nonetheless.
