Really enjoyed my double protein burger with fries! So yummy! I don’t live in a state that has in and out so this makes me very happy!

I just ordered fries, and the staff reassured me that they are cooked in their own fryer. Did not get sick afterwards and happy to have fast food!

I go here all the time. I think the biggest thing is to make sure the staff knows you have a gluten allergy. Otherwise, there's a pretty high risk of CC.
I recently had a friend pick up some food for us, and ordered the protein style burger, like I always do. And I got sick for the first time. Later, I found out that they don't take as many precautions against CC unless you specifically state that you have a gluten allergy.
So make sure to tell them, and make sure it's marked on the ticket. When I do that, I've never had a problem here.

Order "protein style" to get it wrapped in lettuce
Dedicated fryer for fries (as with all locations). Make sure you stress “gluten allergy” when ordering your protein style burger. Ordered as usual. Protein style flagged for a gluten allergy. Gluten allergy was not listed on the receipt so I had to park and go in. Spoke to the manager and he was awesome and knowledgeable and said he would talk to his employee about the importance of flagging when asked. He made it right, but my fear is that my kids go there often and that this may be a mistake that’s made more than we know. Please make sure you stress “gluten allergy” and check your receipts!

My family and friends love this place. Read their allergen sheet and was excited the only gluten is the bun. Violently ill almost immediately. Stay away!

Got a double burger in lettuce and fries. So good!
Went for a late night snack, after seeing the good reviews. Was a little nervous as I saw the burgers and regular buns on the same flat top. I was assured that they take 'allergies' seriously and clean the grill, use new utensils, and change gloves. Sad there was no gf bun but the fries are also gf so thats a bonus.
I had a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce, protein style, and it was very good! I also had the French fries. I did not get sick and would go back for a a good, quick and safe bite to eat!!

Walked out when I saw their fast-food set up with high risk of contamination. Husband is not Celiac, so he ordered their fries and burger, but wasn't impressed. All hype.

Obviously chains will not have a gluten free kitchen. The cashier immediately offered a protein style burger with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. The fries are also gluten free. To be sure of no cross contamination with regard to condiments I ordered the burger dry-no condiments-and just added catsup from the pump out front. (Better to not take chances when they’re probably slapping on mayo and catsup from a vat where the same spatula is used all day.) Happy eating!

Ate here every other day on my trip to Vegas. So good!
Are here twice on my vacation.
I was an In-N-Out newbie and they walked me through the precautions that they take and how to order. The food was great and the service matched!

Yummy food! I've heard everything but buns are gluten free, even the special sauce which is like 1000 Island dressing. Confirmed from the corporate headquarters. I got the double burger, 2 meats and 2 cheese in a lettuce wrap, protein style, no bun. Fries are good, add a bit more salt.
Like the protein style burgers & fries!
Everything is gluten free except buns!! Finally :)) I'm visiting from Canada and I have had this too much since I've been here! So so so so AMAZING!!!
Yes
So everything is GF except the buns. But they use the serving spoon for the sauce on the buns so beware of CC there. I always let then know I need my burger cooked desperately to avoid CC/crumbs from buns. The usually get me the manager who cooks my burger specially. I order a double-double (2 patties/2 slices of cheese) animal style (cheesy onions, I think) and protein style (lettuce wrap/no bun, there are no GF buns) with no sauce on the burger, but sauce in the packet (it's like thousand island kinda).

5/24 It’s still busy, it’s still clean, and it’s still safe. This place is always busy, but it’s clean and it’s safe.

Tell them you are gluten free and they will note it in the order. Get burgers “protein style” for a lettuce wrap instead of buns. Fries are 100% safe! Never had any issues here, just don’t forget to tell them you have a gluten allergy so they take the necessary precautions for CC

I had heard it would be safe and I was not disappointed. Dedicated fryer for fries. Burger served protein style (lettuce wrapped) and on separate tray from rest of non GF order. Employee verified gluten allergy on fries and burger order. Symptom free and first fries in 4 months!

HUGE shout out to the staff at this establishment today. This was my first dine out experience at fast food since being diagnosed with lupus and celiacs. The young lady at the register quadruple checked my order and also verified with the manager and working staff about it coming through. Then once my order came up the manager stood at the counter until it was picked up telling everyone to keep my order seperate from my son and husbands (non gluten free) order. I felt so incredibly safe and can’t say enough how much that meant to me today. Thank you
