Staff is aware of any cross contamination and will let staff members in kitchen know. They do not have gluten free buns but ask for protein style which is wrapped in lettuce. French fries are gluten free because that’s the only thing they fry in their deep fryer. I’m not sure how their shakes are made, I would call corporate to verify the exact ingredients before consuming. Also if you have multiple orders they will bag yours in a different bag for no cross contamination. Im so excited to have found a fast food place with delicious fries! I mean who doesn’t love In n out?!

Have never had to specify celiac friendly and my gluten sensitive partner has never had an issue with their lettuce wrapped burgers and fries.
Yes
Order "protein style" to get it wrapped in lettuce
Highly recommend for burgers protein style (lettuce wrapped) and fries!
Yes
For burger joint, not bad. Fries was good, would give 5 stars if they offered a gluten free bun.
Told the cashier I had a "gluten allergy" and ordered my usual double-double, protein style, well done, extra tomatoes, grilled onions...with fries, and they delivered perfectly. My food was on a separate tray. Enjoyed my lunch and never got sick! Thank you, In-N-Out!
Yes
Staff was knowledgeable and their fries are gluten free. Celiac friendly!
When ordering specify you have a Gluten allergy so proper procedures will be in place. I always order a double double protein style ( lettuce wrap) no onion and I tell them I have a gluten allergy ( I have Celiac disease) oh and don't forget the fries yummy. I have never once been sick and I eat there a lot.
I like ordering the protein style burger w/fries.
5/24 It’s still busy, it’s still clean, and it’s still safe. This place is always busy, but it’s clean and it’s safe.

Tell them you are gluten free and they will note it in the order. Get burgers “protein style” for a lettuce wrap instead of buns. Fries are 100% safe! Never had any issues here, just don’t forget to tell them you have a gluten allergy so they take the necessary precautions for CC

I had heard it would be safe and I was not disappointed. Dedicated fryer for fries. Burger served protein style (lettuce wrapped) and on separate tray from rest of non GF order. Employee verified gluten allergy on fries and burger order. Symptom free and first fries in 4 months!

HUGE shout out to the staff at this establishment today. This was my first dine out experience at fast food since being diagnosed with lupus and celiacs. The young lady at the register quadruple checked my order and also verified with the manager and working staff about it coming through. Then once my order came up the manager stood at the counter until it was picked up telling everyone to keep my order seperate from my son and husbands (non gluten free) order. I felt so incredibly safe and can’t say enough how much that meant to me today. Thank you
