We have eaten here several times. We get the hamburger protein style and the fries come a dedicated fryer, but you need to tell them if they don't ask, but that has only happened once.

Make sure you tell them a wheat allergy. They cook the burgers separately and change gloves and utensils.

I have eaten at three diffient locations and have gotten sick at everyone of them

They went above and beyond to ensure my celiac baby had his food prepared with caution. protein style got his burger wrapped in lettuce. They even bagged all of his food including his fries separately. Most places make me feel like a crazy parent when I ask questions and remind them of how important it is that his food has no contact with the rest.... they didnt at all. The cashier was very friendly and reassured me that they were taking great caution with his food... she even walked back to ensure they were doing his away from the rest as he is also dairy allergic.

They tend to forget to bag the gluten free items separate from the gluten foods. I have to remind them every time. Be cautious if you are ordering burgers with buns.

Everything is gluten free except the bread. Even the shakes are gluten free. And since nothing but fries are cooked in the fryer, the fries are totally gluten free! this is the case at all locations

Tell them you are gluten free and they will note it in the order. Get burgers “protein style” for a lettuce wrap instead of buns. Fries are 100% safe! Never had any issues here, just don’t forget to tell them you have a gluten allergy so they take the necessary precautions for CC

I had heard it would be safe and I was not disappointed. Dedicated fryer for fries. Burger served protein style (lettuce wrapped) and on separate tray from rest of non GF order. Employee verified gluten allergy on fries and burger order. Symptom free and first fries in 4 months!

HUGE shout out to the staff at this establishment today. This was my first dine out experience at fast food since being diagnosed with lupus and celiacs. The young lady at the register quadruple checked my order and also verified with the manager and working staff about it coming through. Then once my order came up the manager stood at the counter until it was picked up telling everyone to keep my order seperate from my son and husbands (non gluten free) order. I felt so incredibly safe and can’t say enough how much that meant to me today. Thank you
