Everything is gluten free except the bun so order your burgers protein style. It's meat wrapped in lettuce instead of bread. Fries are gluten free and since they don't serve anything else fried, they are gf. The shakes are also gf.

Order "protein style" with no bun, wrapped in crisp lettuce. Surprised there is no gluten free bun. Fryers are dedicated GF. Milk shake was declared GF with no malt flavoring. Went for it. Including ketchup with fries. Did not get glutened!

I usually have a good experience here. The sauce is GF, but order it in the packets on the side. They use the same knife in the jar for all burgers. The last time I went here, they mistakenly put my burger in a bun. I told them it was supposed to be protein style/GF. I am suspect they took my burger off the bun and wrapped it in lettuce. I was sick shortly after. That being said, that has been my only problem with this location since it opened.

This is my go-to place if I need something to eat in town. Make sure you tell them you have a gluten allergy (not just that you want it lettuce wrapped). They will change their gloves and have one person make it. Animal style/grilled onions is not safe (contamination). And their sauce is not safe due to contamination. I order without sauce then ask for a few packets of sauce. Enjoy!! :) UPDATE: Still my go-to place in town, but I got tired of lettuce wrapped. I found their secret menu and now order the Flying Dutchman (which is 2 patties with 2 slices of cheese and I ask for veggies and sauce packets)

They have an allergy button that alerts the staff who then changes gloves and utensils to prepare your burger (so let them know you need GF), all the fries and shakes are GF. Highly recommend a double double protein and animal style.

This is a wonderful place to get a burger as a Celiac for two main reasons. First, they have such a simple menu and only use their fryers for fries, so there is little opportunity for errors or cross contamination during the preparation. Second, the staff I have encountered there is knowledgeable about gluten sensitivities so they are extra careful. Just order the burger as protein style and tell them you have an allergy and they will take care of you. One of the few places I trust to get a quick burger.

Love the "Flying Dutchman"! On the "secret menu". It's two patties, cheese and leaf lettuce instead of a bun (like many places) but the way they wrap it makes it actually easy to eat. Not to mention it's delicious!! My fave GF burger!

If you want the fries, then that is about all you can get safely, and in my book they are not even that good. If you want a burger, go elsewhere. The way they are set up they can not safely prepare a burger without a bun or in a lettuce wrap. All cross contaminated and they are so busy they don't have the time to do it. If you are just avoiding bread or carbs then you should be fine eating it. Not celiac safe.

They keep it simple.. burgers, fries and drinks. Their fries are made fresh on-site, meaning they cut the potatoes right there in front of you. They only do fries so there is very little chance of cross contamination in that area. As far as I know the sauce is gluten free but they do spread it on the buns with a utensil as opposed to squirting it out of a container so cross contamination is possible there. I have never asked for special treatment of my food but I am sure if asked they would do there best to accommodate special request. I just get mine "protein style" which means no bun (it's wrapped in lettuce). If you are eating in the car I suggest no sauce if doing "protein style" as it does get a little messy.

Fries are completely gf (separate fryer yay!) and not to mention super tasty. I was confused, though-- they told me that their special sauce was not gf but I had previously heard that it was okay for me.. I stayed away just to be cautious. I'm also skeptical about the protein-style burgers because of cross-contamination on the grill. Bottom line: stick with the fries! You'll be satisfied and stay safe.

In-N-Out has some of the best lettuce wraps--order your burger "protein-style, allergy to wheat," and they'll type it in your order, change gloves, wash spatulas, and keep your food in a separate bag. The fries are already gluten-free, because they fry ONLY fries in that fryer, away from the buns. *You cannot get grilled onions without cross-contamination, so if you go animal-style, ask for no onions unless your problem is milder than celiac. Never had a problem, and I've been going to them for over two years.

Order it protein style to get it wrapped in lettuce. (I also like it "animal style" for extra flavor on the meat.) The fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer. Only the buns have gluten (and if you ordered a malt, it would too), so eliminate them and you can get what you want. The fries tend be a little undercooked for me, so I get them cooked "well done", but that's a personal choice.

Two pieces of meat sandwiched between two pieces of cheese it skips the bread station ALLL together ask for a packet of spread and contamination should not be present as long as you make a big deal about Allergic. This place has a very high potential of cross contamination. They use the same spatula to spread the "secret sauce" on to the buns as the do on the fries. They spread, put it back in, spread, put it back in. Therefore causing traces of gluten enough to make a celiac person sick in our food. I got super sick after eating animal style fries and my fiancé figured out it was from the spatula. This should be removed from the list
