This food is not gluten free and it's not safe for people with Celiac disease. I tested the Kashmiri pillaw and the channa masala with my Nima and both contained gluten. This was after a conversation with the owner in which he assured me that everything was gluten free and they took steps to avoid cross contamination. Maybe it's from the spices. No way to know for sure where the gluten is coming from, but even the rice is contaminated so it isn't safe to eat there.

My husband and I just love this place!! We had the house special fish curry, chicken vindaloo, and chicken tikka masala. You will never be disappointed no matter what you get. They understand cross-contamination. The Owners treat everyone like family!! Please help keep this place in your rotation. You be amazed!

As long as you avoid the naan bread and certain other items, dishes are made without any wheat. I've eaten there 6 times without any negative reaction. If you aren't sure about a dish, ask the owner if it has wheat.
Yes
All dishes are already made without flour. Most appetizers are made with chick pea flour, just don't order naan. The owner is very knowledge about gluten, celiac, and careful about cross contamination. Highly recommend!
