UPDATE! went back a few days after my first review and the server told me ONLY 3 of the vegetarian dishes are gluten free. unfortunately im no longer confident in their staff to know whats safe.

great indian food! most dishes GF. tried 3 different vegetarian dishes and all were excellent!

India Oven is excellent Indian Food. GF items not marked but all the servers I have had have been knowledgeable and I have not gotten sick. On the Vegetarian portion of the menu, most items are GF excluding 3 so I have tons of options. Note: No GF naan. Highly recommend!

The decor is really terrific, and the waiter was cheery and reassuring re gluten-free. They kept bringing extra naan for my non-gluten-free vegetarian husband, which pleased him. Obviously you will want to avoid the buffet if celiac. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala from the a la crate menu, and I asked for it to be made extra spicy hot. The charming waiter came back to check it was spicy enough and when I said that it was good but not spicy, he cheerfully asked if I could give him 5 minutes to make it more spicy for me. I should have ordered the vindaloo, clearly. Anyway, it was fabulous when it came back. And he brought me gluten-free poppadoms. Really lovely service. This place was recommended to us by the owner of a local Indian store. We will be back.
