INDU Dining

I was glutened here, and I don’t understand how. Staff was clearly educated about celiac, very few items on the menu contain gluten (I think just 2), and I ate at the restaurant when it was not busy. In fact, our meal was the only one being prepared in the kitchen - we were seated in front of it and could see the cooks. With such limited opportunity for cross contamination, there shouldn’t have been any. But this meal, while delicious, 100% made me sick.

I emailed ahead about being coeliac and having anaphylactic allergies to parsley, celery, fennel, parsnip, raw carrot, kiwi. To my surprise they said that would be easy. The dining experience did not disappoint. We had the banquet and dishes were swapped out or remade for me and a dairy free friend. Wait staff were all across it and followed up when the the chef if they were unsure of anything. The goat curry was delicious! Only 4 dishes on their menu were out of bounds, I think only the sticky date pudding was the only gluten on the menu

Booked INDU for a team lunch based on some recommendations. I was a little dubious as nothing is indicated GF, but upon turning up and talking to the staff, almost the entire menu is GF! The food was amazing and the care taken to ensure my food was safe was great. Highly recommend as a coeliac!

Fabulous Sri Lankan food 90% gluten free. Set menu great value and the staff are all over gluten free and vegan
