Review of INDU Dining

I emailed ahead about being coeliac and having anaphylactic allergies to parsley, celery, fennel, parsnip, raw carrot, kiwi. To my surprise they said that would be easy. The dining experience did not disappoint. We had the banquet and dishes were swapped out or remade for me and a dairy free friend. Wait staff were all across it and followed up when the the chef if they were unsure of anything. The goat curry was delicious! Only 4 dishes on their menu were out of bounds, I think only the sticky date pudding was the only gluten on the menu
