Industry Public House - North Fayette

When I asked what was gluten free, I was told the staff is supposed to respond “Celiacs should know what they can and cannot eat. We can’t advise you.” I explained I don’t know the ingredients they use. He responded “I can’t help you!” Nope. Not cool.

Only gluten free buns. Staff asks if it is an allergy or not but not knowledge. Got very sick after eating here. Do have ciders. Fryer is shared and not CF

Staff is usually hit or miss. My waitress wasn’t knowledgeable about gluten but the salads could be customized and offered gluten free buns for burgerss

I got a burger without a bun and a side salad and got SO sick almost immediately after eating my food. I told the staff about having Celiacs and they seemed fairly knowledgeable, but I will not be going back for food :( NOT celiac friendly
