Not sure what the one reviewer below me ate there... I saw almost nothing GF on the hot bar when I went this morning. I think I could have had eggs and sausage. They do have a small bakery case with GF scones, so my daughter and I both got one. They were pretty good. But aside from grocery items, I was disappointed in their GF selection.

The grocery selection includes gluten free meat (Applegate) and other products, so I would give groceries 4 stars. The deli however gets 2 stars for extremely limited choices.

I had a great (and huge!) gluten free flat bread sandwich! It is in a shared kitchen however. They had tons of great options from hot bar items, sandwiches, salads & pastries. Reasonably priced as well.

The place to go for GF breads and all of our favorite treats and snacks! Some GF cosmetics as well. And GF/CF dark chocolate:)

Largest selection of natural groceries on the island with wide selection of gluten-free and sugar-free choices, most are certified organic. Grocery, deli, bulk, produce and bakery sections.

Great stop to grab picnic or airbnb provisions. Tons of Schars products, great gf snack aisle. Located between downtown hilo and the airport, it's an easy stop along the way. We went twice, picking up picnic fixings for our daytrip to Volcano National Park.

Épicerie biologique avec plusieurs produits GF. Il faut être prêt à payer le prix, mais c’est comparable aux prix des autres commerces avec produits GF.

Great little grocery store with the best GF selection I found on the big island. The prices were surprisingly reasonable, too. The deli buffet looked full of gluten, mostly teriyaki and soy sauce.
