I went to a private birthday party here. The owners are related to the family that held the party. They prepared several dishes, and the sesame chicken and cucumber salad with their sauces were gluten free. They use only gluten free soy sauce in their restaurant. The chef spoke with me personally and went over their precautions to avoid cross-contamination. They asked me to go first through the buffet line to avoid any utensils being put in different pans. The food was delicious and the atmosphere beautiful. I have celiac and I will definitely be going back here again. The restaurant is fairly new as they started out with a food truck.

So good! All gf soy sauce is used, so meat and rice noodles are okay to eat. I was asked regular GF or Celiac, and it was noted on my order. My server has celiac and was super helpful. I had Adobe chicken, next time I'll try the pancit or BBQ ribs. The also have ube ice cream and halo halo.
