Had dinner last night at the Italian food Company had the best gluten-free pizza. I have eaten in 13+ years since I’ve been diagnosed if you’re in Key Largo and want a fabulous pizza give them a try even perfect the second day when I warmed it up in a 400° oven for about six minutes, tasted about the same as it did when it was served fresh.

They were knowledgeable about celiac. Their gf pizza was homemade and delicious. They also had 2 options for gf pasta that could be used for any pasta entree. And they even have a gluten free dessert. Beautiful ambiance and good service.

This is the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was tender and chewy— I would never have known it was gluten free. My husband also tried mine and could t tell it was flu free. We were told they only offer 5 gluten free crusts in a night so come eat!

A must visit!!! We are there 3 nights in a row. Pizza is outstanding, simply the best pizza I have had in too many years. It rivals any gluten pizza I have eaten. Reminded us of the GF pizza in Paris. Pasta was also amazing but does take a little longer as they have to start the water. Salads were good, no GF apps. One dessert which we did not try. Live music by Zack Couron. Really great. All outdoor seating so can be a little steamy. 3 celiacs, 1 very sensitive and no reactions at all!

This was a lovely dining experience, we sat at the bar, staff were very friendly. When I asked about the gluten free options the bartender checked with the kitchen before taking my order as he wanted to check that days selections of what they had. I ordered the GF pizza, I could see a slight difference from another persons pizza at the bar but still had to check if it was the GF. It was so delicious!!! My husband had non GF pasta which he said was also delicious. I would have liked to have eaten here again but we were only here for a short stay. I would definitely recommend eating here. Pizza was huge and the leftover held up well for lunch the next day.

Great place to eat; cool atmosphere. Quite a few options with salads, gluten free noddle substitutes, and a GF crust available. The pasta was alright. Everyone else enjoyed their food. Waitress did mention that the oven is not cleaned for gluten free pizzas, thus having more cross-contamination. Cool date spot.

Update- went again today at 1230 and there was only 1 gf crust left so it really depends on the day for how quickly they sell out. This time I got a pizza with prosciutto, arugula and artichokes (see pic). Just incredible!
Original- Such an incredible gf crust, absolutely the best I’ve ever had. Planning on eating pizza a second time during our trip because honestly the crust is so fluffy and perfect. I got just cheese and basil no sauce cause I’m low Fodmap. I came at 2pm and they still had all the gf crusts so I think it depends on the day. On a Wednesday they aren’t super busy.a

Oooh such a great lunch! Portions are large-definitely have leftovers for tomorrow which we aren’t sad about! Hands down the best GF pizza I’ve ever had. The pizza crust is made in small batches so they only have enough for 5 pizzas per day. I’d call in advance if dining later in the day. Non GF diners in our party also had delicious meals including pasta, meatballs, reg pizza and sandwiches. So so good….owners are opening a second location in islamorada later this summer.
Call before going if you want pizza. We got there at 4:30 and the 5 GF pizza crusts they have per day were already gone. Ended up having GF pasta. The sauce was good but they serve the spaghetti very al dente - It really needed coked a couple more minutes. Was also very expensive for pasta.

Best GF pizza ever!!
Amazing service from TJ, amazing fresh ingredients, great drinks, fabulous desserts; best of all, I didn’t get sick from cross contamination. It was so great that I brought my whole family back for lunch the next day. I really appreciate all of the care and options for gluten free people here! If you are GF this will 100% be the best gluten free pizza you ever have. We loved it and can’t recommend it enough. Can’t wait to come back one day!

This is super authentic, truly Italian style pizza. The best GF version we have had, even including being in Italy for a month. The only downside is we couldn't tell which pizza was GF and which wasn't when we got home. Staff had us text a photo to their personal phone to confirm that the one with a slightly thinner edge was the GF one. It was the same size as the regular personal pizza. I would recommend getting two different toppings if you go with one gf person and one not, so you can tell the difference.... Because by texture, taste, etc, it is basically impossible to tell the difference. Go here. You're going to be so happy you did.

The BEST gluten free pizza I have ever had. A true Neapolitan style crust made in house with ingredients imported from Italy. A decent GF brownie as well. They also had gf pasta on the menu. The Italian family running the restaurant was so charming and the ambiance was adorable as well!

Oh my word. This is the best pizza crust I’ve had in 30 years. The chef is from Italy and flies in many of the ingredients from there as well. We had the 13” margarita pizza (the only GF size) and there was a $3.50 up charge for GF—totally worth it! We also had the burrata and arugula appetizer: equally amazing. I have celiac but do not get intestinal symptoms if exposed to gluten so I can’t comment on whether there was cross contamination.
