J. Gilbert's Wood-Fired Steaks and Seafood

I am extremely sensitive to cross contamination and have eaten here twice with no issues. The food is wonderful and they have many GF options. They also have GF dessert option! I trust this restaurant to be safe as the staff is well trained on Celiac disease.

Amazing food with great service. Prices are high, it is a little weird to have to leave the restaurant to use the restroom.

Waiter was very attentive to all food allergy needs. I felt safe eating my entree, and did not get sick. my husband raved about the seafood that he had.

In my reservation I stated "gluten free." The hostess was very intune and I didn't even have to ask for the GF menu. The GF menu had a decent selection. The server was well-educated in GF. I felt safe and enjoyed a splendid meal! ❤
