Eaten here multiple times and it’s always great. The GF menu is an allergen card so it is confusing. Especially since the names of the dishes don’t match with the allergen card. But the staff is always super helpful and friendly! Always feel safe eating here :)

The BBQ is my absolute favorite. GF options are marked and they have an allergen grid available online. Amazing beans, amazing burnt ends, and amazing crown prime ribs.

You need to request the gluten free information, which is an allergen chart that you then cross-reference to the menu. For the sake of argument we will call that a separate menu, since it is quite thorough.
Our food was excellent and I did not experience any issues. I even had my leftovers for supper that night. I got brisket, pulled pork, pork burnt ends, cheesy potato bake, broccoli and cheesy corn bake.

Excellent! Great bbq, good service! Fries are not GF but the cheesy potato bake is and it’s delicious. The GF buns are also good and don’t fall apart.

They have a really good allergen list on their menu which I'm sure is indicative of the recipes, but they have issues with cross contamination.
I ordered burnt ends, cheesy corn, and baked beans. As I was eating the cheesy corn I realized there were a couple of penne noodles in the corn.

Best meal I have had in a long time! Chipotle Chicken is amazing so is the cheesey potato bake 💗
My only issue here was that I asked if they had a gluten free menu, they said yes, but what they had was an allergen list. It is a list of all the individual menu items and what allergens were in them. There are no menu items grouped together. However, our waiter brought over a waitress who was very knowledgeable and guided me as to what I could have. The food was great and no problems with how I felt afterwards.
Allergy menu is veryhelpful. Waiter was accommodating and understanding.
We LOVE JackStack and feel blessed to have them here in LS. They’re able to accommodate allergies and they even offer a delish gf dessert! The Servers seem to be knowledgeable also which is great! I have Celiac Disease as does my Daughter and we both eat here often with no issues!

I've eaten at both the Lee's Summit and Martin City locations many times with no issues of cross contaminating! Almost everything is gluten free already. Nice to eat somewhere with actual options!

Very safe place for celiacs and outstanding food quality and taste. Staff has a good grasp of gluten-free food safety. French fries are not gluten-free, but meats, beans, and cole slaw are gluten-free. I definitely recommend this restaurant to celiacs.

Went to Science City with kids in the AM, went to lunch here, and then back to Science City. Good BBQ, plenty of seating, lots of options, the creamy corn was something new I hadn’t had before.

Amazing!! We ordered the Taste of KC easily feeds 6 people and we were able to get the gluten free stuff separated from the not gluten free which was the wings and fries. Great experience! I suggest making reservations!
