Review of Jaleo by José Andrés

Jaleo is great if you are gluten free! They have a very large, diverse gluten free menu and every staff member I've spoken to at multiple locations has been incredibly knowledgable about the menu options and how to avoid cross contamination. Tell your server you need to be gluten free and they will make sure that the chef knows to make needed changes to the menu item!
