Jam Gluten-Free Confections has opened a new 100% Dedicated Gluten-Free Baking Facility. Currently only open Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm but hours will increase when Spring and Summer arrive.Chef Eric has over 15 years experience as a Pastry Chef and has worked all over the globe, now he is baking for you in Sandusky, Ohio. Chef Eric is g-f so he makes great tasting products that people with celiac or sticking to a g-f lifestyle REALLY want to eat!
