An option but take precautions!
There are gluten free options but the restaurant has an official statement denoting it’s not celiac friendly due to cross contamination risks.
Out of need for food, I did eat there after talking with the staff. The restaurant wasn’t busy and my meal was prepared under the gluten free preparations procedures. My meal arrived in a close container as well. I did not get sick.
Gluten free bread was available. Other gf options included salads and baked potatoes. Sides include chips and which are prepackaged (not prepared on site) and certified gluten free.
fresh salad bar and great gf options

Great sandwiches and will even sell you a loaf of GF bread!

While their gluten-free bread is not the best, they take special care when preparing GF sandwiches. They have separate gloves, cutting board, and knives to use for my sandwich. It's actually pretty cool to see. They do have a gluten-free menu as well.

They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and will make your sandwich in a separate area. Just be sure to let them know you have celiac or a gluten allergy. Sandwiches were very good.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.
