Staff asked if GF was an allergy and specified prepare to change gloves and clean surface prior to preparing in order. Common practice among Jason's Deli locations.

Great GF options for sandwiches or potatoes but make sure to ask them to note wheat allergy and also to try to have the manager supervise the preparation. They are good about doing it right assuming that the person knows how to do it. If they don't, they just drop it on the line until someone who does know how to do it picks it up. I've had my order forgotten several times which is annoying but hey, free or 50% off food. At least I don't get sick off of it.

Gluten free Udi bread is available and staff is very knowledgable about properly preparing food
Love their chicken salad sandwich on gluten free bread and tortilla soup. They individually wrap the sandwich and keep it separate from everything else. Great experience!

They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and will make your sandwich in a separate area. Just be sure to let them know you have celiac or a gluten allergy. Sandwiches were very good.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.
