Lots of safe options. They prep on a separate area with different tools. Potatoes and salad bar add lots of options. Just wish they didn’t use Udi’s bread.
I can eat sandwiches again! There are VERY few restaurants that I can visit without getting sick, even if their menu items are labeled "gluten free." Jason's Deli is one of them. They understand cross contamination and take precautions to avoid it, changing their gloves and everything. I've never gotten sick there and that's the true indicator that it's celiac safe. I am converted to Jason's Deli and will frequent it as long as they stay awesome!

Fantastic service! I was informed they have new, safer practices, including dedicated utensils, and prep station! Let them know to 'change gloves' on your order. Great customer service!

They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and will make your sandwich in a separate area. Just be sure to let them know you have celiac or a gluten allergy. Sandwiches were very good.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.
