Review of Jason's Deli

While these guys admit they can't do a totally gf environment (I mean, it is a sandwich joint!) they do an excellent job of minimizing risk in the environment as best they can. They change gloves, use packaged chips instead of the same ones the gluten people get, and they try to minimize how much contact your sandwich gets at the counter. If you call or visit you can get additional options for your sandwich beyond what's on the gf menu on their website - I am fond of their salami sandwich and the California Club.
