I do NOT recommend this restaurant if you have celiac like me. In their defense, there was a sticker right on the box that said they did not recommend the food for those with celiac due to cross-contamination. I ate it anyways since I didn’t think I was that sensitive to CC (stupid, I know…) and I was way wrong. I was quite sick the next day and the “glutened” symptoms lingered for days. I just wish the cashier would have said something when I ordered GF @ the register and asked her to note *allergy*. I bet a manager might have better explained that they don’t have a dedicated GF area.

They are very careful to say they are gluten sensitive, not gluten free. I am gluten free and ordered the black bean, roasted corn, and blue tortilla chip salad. It was good. I was fine. We were a party of 9 and there were 3 mistakes when our good came to our table, but they fixed everything no problem. And, the kids enjoyed the free soft serve ice cream!
I had an amazing experience here today! I was in the area for work and saw the good reviews for this location. I rarely eat out because I'm too worried about getting sick but didn't have the option to bring my own food today. I went to the register to of course ask questions to ensure my safety and they were so helpful. The manager I think could see my nervousness and even made my offered and made my salad himself from ingredients in the back rather than what was on the line. He even offered to made sure I knew all of the GF options in case I wanted something other than a salad. I will definitely be back.

They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and will make your sandwich in a separate area. Just be sure to let them know you have celiac or a gluten allergy. Sandwiches were very good.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.
