This Jason's Deli used to be fantastic with GF. But something changed. The last 3 times they forgot to make the ordered dish as GF (didn't change gloves during, didn't put dish in closed container, and carried it out on tray with breads touching the plate. They did remake it, but offered nothing while making us wait forever.
I'm done with them.

Found this place through this app with good reviews while on vacation. Walking in ordering a gluten free bread for my sandwich they ask “is it preference or allergy” I said allergy and she explained some people don’t tell them because they toast the bread in a gluten free only toaster. Which is great! This place has other items on the menu but if you’re looking for a gluten free sandwich this is the place to go. It was delicious and all the staff were helpful and friendly.
They have GF sandwich bread (either Udi's or Rudi's - I couldn't tell which one she said), so I ordered a GF muffaletta. When the cashier asked if I wanted it toasted, I expressed concern about it being toasted where other breads are toasted, and she assured me it was done separately and would be GF. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Love the stuffed baked potato. Best I ever had.
It was good. I had the veggie soup and quinoa mango salad. It was decent but not really that tasty. I didn't get sick at all.
Yes
I gave Jason's an extra star just for having GF bread and working to provide several options. My sister just LOVES the deli, but I'm not overly impressed with the quality of the offerings. It's okay, just not stellar. They do make up for that with a larger quantity of offerings. My stomach did get a little unhappy after eating here once, but no issues since then. I would not call it celiac friendly.
No
After seeing this we are going there now.

My family lives or Orlando, around Longwood Fla. Please if anyone can help me in my travels it would be great.

I found the deli using this app. I went at lunchtime and the place was packed (always a good sign!). I ordered a sandwich on toasted GF bread- delicious! I LOVE going to a restaurant and being able to order a sandwich. This is such a rare treat for us GF eaters! I definitely recommend Jason's Deli! 303 E. GF Chicago Sandwich ♥
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
