I love this place. The menu is labeled what is gluten free. The cross contamination is prevalent if you go with non-gluten free people if you get the barbecue. If you get the hotpot, they have a gluten free broth so you can keep that non-cross contaminated. The food is so good, even if you’re having the gf protein which is not marinated.

Gluten free is indicated on the website menu only, not the physical menu when you are in the restaurant. When I asked the waiter what was gluten free he was confused and didn’t seem to understand me. But after speaking to a couple other employees they said the items that aren’t marinated are GF. Cross contamination was an issue if you are with people that are eating non-GF because you are sharing a grill on the table. Food was mediocre, not many GF options, and CC.
