This Jersey Mikes is wonderful:) Staff is knowledgeable when you say you have an allergy. They get a brand new knife, change their gloves, and go to a separate part in the area to make your sandwich; which includes brand new toppings that have not been touched by gluten. Have not gotten sick and i recommend!!

They cleaned the machinery before making my sub to make sure there was no cross-contamination.

I like how they change gloves and wipe everything down before preparing my food. They use a GF bread but it’s not that great, very dry. This is a last resort kind of place.

Pretty good, I trust them but there may have been an issue of contamination once.
Staff took time to complete orders ahead of me, then cleaned all surfaces and the slicer. They made sure the bar was contamination free before making my sub (no. 8 club). Will be back!

Safe and knowledgeable! Careful with prep.

They won me back with their gluten free offering. I didn’t even go here for regular sandwiches. The Easton location is excellent, they are very careful.

Food is fresh and delicious and when you order gluten free, they immediately wipe counter and equipment down and change their gloves. It was so nice to enjoy a fresh sub and not worry about getting sick. Definitely going back!
They have gf rolls now that I thought were good. I had a roast beef sub on it. My dad picked up the order so I don’t know what the procedures are like here.

$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
