They always ask if the gluten free is for an allergy. They make efforts to avoid cross contamination, such as using a different knife as well as preventing contact with any surfaces. With it not being a dedicated GF facility there is still always the possibility of cross contamination. I have eaten here 4 times now and haven’t been glutened.
They use Udi’s and as with any GF bun it falls apart as soon as it is wet, so if you get anything “Mike’s way” or a delicious Philly (the chipotle one is the best), I’d recommend dine-in if possible.
