We walked in and were standing in line. Noticed they did change their gloves in between each customer but touched the gluten rolls and continued to stick their hands with gluten on them into the toppings! We left immediately.

The staff was so nice and helpful! They cleaned all of the equipment before making my food and started up an awesome conversation while I was waiting.

Absolutely amazing. The man that prepared my food know about celiac, so he cleaned the machinery and table, then changed his gloves. I haven’t had a sub in months!

Hands down one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Staff was so knowledgeable and cleaned and disinfected the grill and counter tops. Britney really made sure that I wouldn’t get sick. This is a MUST HAVE!!!

The staff is very knowledgeable! First sandwich out like that in 3 years!!
I was unsure, but drove a half hour to this chain after learning that it is one of the only places around that serves gluten free bread. I was pleasantly surprised to see that upon ordering gluten free, the gentleman changed his gloves and cleaned the prep area as well as the slicing machine. He prepared my sandwich in front of me in a small area which seemed to be away from the normal area. He took clear precautions to ensure that I was not cross contaminated. The bread and the sandwich (Italian combo) were great! I would recommend mikes style with the oil and vinegar on the side, because as many GF breads do, it gets soggy much more quickly. Glad I discovered jersey mike’s!

$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
