I felt very safe eating at this location. They cleaned the prep area very well. They accidentally used the Mayo spatula from the regular area. They then immediately started a whole new sandwich for me to make sure not cross-contamination without me even asking.

ordered my GF sandwhich and picked it up. About 2 minutes after i picked up our food, they called and said they accidentally used the mayo that is used for non gf sandwhiches and i could bring my sub back incase of accidental contamination. so glad they caught the mistake and took time to call!

The staff here made me very comfortable. There was a long line behind me and they still made every effort to make my food safe.

Gluten free bread and cookies! They were fantastic wiped everything down, new knives and cutting boards. Very friendly!!! Highly recommend and the sub was FANTASTIC!!!!!!

The staff was very helpful and a great place to stop for lunch on the way to Florida!! Thanks to the entire staff as they were very cautious and attentive to making my sandwich.

After learning about the Jersey Mike’s chain adopting recommendations from GIG, we decided to give this a try. They cleaned the equipment off, changed gloves, cutting board, knife, etc. My celiac son loved the sub! So nice to know we can go into a sub shop together again!

I stopped by this location on my way home from Disney. I was skeptical but after seeing the good reviews I decided to give it a try. They went above and beyond to make sure my sandwich wouldn't get cross contaminated. New knife, separate area, cleaned all utensils, etc,. They even got all toppings fresh from the back. I wished I lived closer to this location so I could get a sub more often. The udis sub roll was also soft and delicious. Two thumbs up!

Outstanding service!! As soon as I told them I was gluten intolerant they cleaned everything and changed gloves. I’m visiting Valdosta and I surely I will stop by this business when I come back.

New to Valdosta, did a search for Gluten free and found this place and loved the sub and no allergic reaction, thank you Jersey Mike's Subs. I'm now another satisfied customer.

The staff are amazing! They clean the machine, switch utensils, and gloves etc in order to ensure there is no cross contamination! Very knowledgeable and friendly!

$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
