The GF rolls are so good. They wipe down everything and ask if it’s an allergy or preference. Best hoagies I’ve had in years.
Have been GF for about 5 months now and have been seriously missing hoagies (among other things). Stopped in tonight and asked about the GF options and the employee stated everything on the menu was an option provided we used the right roll (which was still in a sealed bag. I didn’t feel too bad since it was slow, hate asking for special treatment. He made the 2 regulars we ordered, changed gloves, wiped entire prep area including the slicer, changed gloves again and proceeded to make my sandwich, while making sure nothing or no one else entered the prep area until he was done with my sandwich. They were very pleasant and accommodating.
Went in on Sunday night and ask for gluten free and they were great and the sandwich was excellent. They immediately cleaned the area and then changed gloves again and made my sandwich they had a knife that they used to cut the sandwich. They did everything to prevent cross contamination. Will definitely go back!!! This was in Quakertown,PA

Wow! I just ordered two gluten-free subs from Jersey Mike’s. I love that they wipe down the machine, they had a designated knife to cut gluten free bread, and they even switch their gloves. They placed wax paper down on their work area so my sub wouldn’t be cross contaminated. I will definitely go back.

That staff was amazing. They wiped down all the prep areas, used untainted utensils, changed their gloves every time they came in contact with anything gluten contaminated, and were really friendly about it all. They use Udi’s bread for their gluten-free options. The subs were delicious.

$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
