Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

WOW!!! Great place! First off, the staff completed the guests food in front of me the cleaned and wiped everything down with a food grade cleaning solution. Then everyone changed gloves, grabbed new utensils. Next the staff grabbed a piece of parchment paper for sandwich prep, then proceeded to slice the meat and cheese, apply it to the Udi brand GF factory sealed sub roll (that they opened in front of me) and used different condiments containers! For a sub shop serving traditional breads on a day to day basis, they could not have done a better job! Bravo. I did feel bad about the people behind me who had to wait a few minutes, but it gave me a chance to talk to them about gluten allergies.
