Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Great staff that were very knowledgeable about celiac. I told them I had a gluten allergy and they immediately asked if it was celiac. When I said yes both the sandwich preparer and the meat cutter changed gloves, and they used a separate knife to cut the gluten free bread. I felt very confident in eating here and really appreciated the staff being so understanding about cross contamination.
