Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Didn't end up ordering food. Told the server I had a severe gluten allergy (I have celiacs) and, with a dirty towel, he wipped off the prep surface full of bread crumbs and then used the same towel to wipe down and clean the meat slicer. I asked him if he was making my sandwich in the back and he said no and pointed at the surface he just cleared off. Told him to cancel my order since the meat slicer was now contaminated and I didn't trust him to take any further safety measures.
