Unfortunately I had a terrible experience going there today. While the sub in itself was alright the staff was extremely rude and very unwelcoming. At the time we went there was a lot of people and I understand a worker being frustrated about a lot of customers who aren't super nice, but when we got there we had an online order and we ended up having to wait almost a half an hour beyond the time it said it would be ready. During the time we were there one of the workers spoke to us and asked us if we had an online order and confirmed that we had a gluten-free online order. However while we were waiting someone else online made a gluten-free order and she made a nasty comment about how she was sick of the gluten-free orders and gluten-free people basically. I thought it was kind of rude considering that we were a gluten-free order. She was very unfriendly and unwelcoming and while I get that there were a lot of customers and she seemed short staffed her entire attitude is very off-putting. Truth be told because they were so busy I don't think the proper precautions were taken in making the subs and one of our party was cross-contaminated. It was a very disappointing experience and I would never go back. If you have a gluten allergy while they have gluten free bread they apparently don't like the gluten-free customers as it's an annoyance to them to have to make something gluten-free. That was basically what the worker said which was ironic because she wasn't the one making the sub however she had issue with anyone who was gluten-free wanting to get a gluten-free sub because it really pissed her off that people were ordering them. A total fail in my opinion.

Wow! They were great! They offered to wipe down all of the equipment for me and did it with a smile. My sandwich was perfect and they did their best to not make me feel uncomfortable for the inconvenience. Highly recommend!

The staff took great care in preparing my order in the back. They freshly sliced everything and used all separate condiments. I felt very safe and at ease! Delicious too!

$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
