Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

I was told that the only thing gluten free was the gluten free bun/bread. Meaning, they told me the meat, cheese, condiments, and fixings were not gluten free. What is the point of having gluten free bread if the stuff that goes on the bread isn't gf? I highly doubt celiac individuals are rushing here just to purchase an udis sandwich roll.
