GF bread, washed hands and switched gloves prior to making my sandwich. They made it at a different counter from all of the other sandwiches!

They were very good about keeping the gluten free items on a separate slicer and away from the other gluten products

Feel very comfortable eating here! They have a separate location to prepare your sandwich and also change their gloves.

So they did a great job with the bread and the meats being in a dedicated gluten free space, but they were busy and didn’t have time to clean the rest of the line and there was huge risk for cross contamination if getting any of the toppings, especially mayo. The sandwich was good but a bit pricey to have essentially bought bread and meat to take home and dress up myself.

Very well trained staff I asked for gluten free everyone immediately washed hands and changed gloves. My husband and I were impressed.

Amazing employees and custom service! Safe and easy to eat at if you have celiacs 😊 they always recognize me when I come in and I have never gotten sick from cross contamination which can be quite difficult to accomplish in a sub shop. All gluten free subs are prepared in the back and they even have a separate meat slicer. I do try to stick to cold subs though since the grill can have some cross contamination risks. Love this place and will continue going to this location! 😊
They have Udi's bread and are very good about working to prevent cross contamination. Only downside is that the premium you pay for their gluten free bread is pretty steep.

They do have Udi’s bread. My husband was quite jealous of the size of my 6 inch sandwich to his. It was all bread. I have to say that it was super fluffy for being GF but it did taste a little like cardboard. I’ve had better Udis bread but over all the sandwich was good especially with avocado and bacon. I think I might ask for a kids meal next time. The sandwich was just too big for me but I have digestive issues. When I asked for the Udis bread the guy asked me if I had a G allergy and (instead of going into details) just said yes. He said.. let me change my gloves for you. So that was nice to know he was being cautious without me having to ask. Service was amazing.
they have Udi's bread and have amazing subs! I enjoyed it.

$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
