NOT SAFE. Went on 4/10/24. Got a whole wheat bun instead of GF. Asked them to double check bc it looked funny, they said yes def GF. Kid ate 2 bites under duress and said it tasted funny. Asked host to triple check. He said he would ask the waitress. Waitress comes back a while later, “We are making you a new bun.” Not new sandwich!!! We got the check and left to get home and take meds so hopefully it won’t be too bad a reaction. No manager. No real apology beyond not charging for the burger, although they left the up charge for the GF bun we never got on the bill.
Below is my original review from several years ago.
They have GF items marked on the menu. They have GF bread. There are some other items you can get GF if you ask. They are happy to check with the kitchen and make substitutions.
If you are okay with a fryer used for gluten containing items their fries are so good. Thankfully, I am only gluten sensitive.

They are attentive to specific details ordering gluten-free along with other specifications. Uncertain of kitchen safety preventing cross contamination. They have a gluten-free menu, provided verbally when asked for options. Receptive to customizing a meal to make it work. Friendly and will check with kitchen for options and questions (ie. do meatballs contain gluten breadcrumbs or flour; any gluten in soup or other special, etc.). As for the bar, there are no gluten free beers, so know your gluten free call name drink of choice and how you want it made (bitters, mixers, etc.) and staff will accommodate and ask to get it correct. Very accommodating.
