Friendly and will check with kitchen for options and questions (ie. do meatballs contain gluten breadcrumbs or flour; any gluten in soup or other special, etc.). As for the bar, there are no gluten free beers, so know your gluten free call name drink of choice and how you want it made (bitters, mixers, etc.) and staff will accommodate and ask to get it correct. Very accommodating.
