Review of Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville

I was a very hesitant to order fries with my gluten free burger because our waiter was new and could not answer any of my questions so I told him I didn’t want any. When my food came out there were fries on my plate and I was assured by the guy that brought our food to us that they were gluten free and the kitchen takes it very seriously. They wouldn’t even let him put my plate on the tray with the food containing gluten. I ate my food and had no reaction.
