I go here for lunch and I’ve never had a problem. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about cross-contamination. When I request a gluten free sandwich, I request that they change their gloves, then they use parchment paper to wrap the sandwich in before they use the panini press and use designated utensils to remove and such. I’m personally really sensitive, so I’m super careful about unwrapping my sandwich. There’s definitely a chance of cross-contamination, but if you’re careful, it can be avoided. Again, I’ve never gotten sick here and I love their sandwiches and juices.

Excellent small coffee shop with breakfast options. I had a delicious chicken pesto sandwich on gf bread packaged in walk about packaging. They pride themselves on not using plastic. Perfect!

The have a dedicated menu & desert area. I had the tuna, avocado flat bread and it was absolutely delicious. Also had a small desert which melted in my mouth. Definitely my go to from now on whilst shopping in Liverpool. Menu says certain items can be made gluten free. They were very knowledgeable so just ask them.
