Many GF options; not all denoted on the menu. There is gluten free pasta, bread, and buns. Some sandwiches (like the Reuben or mushroom Lucy) cannot be made GF as the corned beef is cured in beer and mushroom is fried. There is a deviated fryer for GF fries and tortilla chips. Servers overall are knowledgeable, but you can always ask them to check the kitchen.
